Our vision for a fruitful future

Aunt Minnie's Foundation

Alongside our beautiful homes, we're establishing the Aunt Minnie's Foundation, where we can share wellness and fresh produce with the local community. Through opportunities to share mindful movement, and access to seasonal food, the foundation will ensure the benefits of the farm extend beyond guests to the people of Rostrevor.

A key focus of Aunt Minnie's Foundation is providing particular support to the local farming community. Recognising the pressures often faced by farmers and rural workers, the Foundation aims to create opportunities for social connection, mental wellbeing support, and practical initiatives that reduce isolation and enhance resilience within the agricultural sector.

Our Projects

Feeding The Community

The Aunt Minnie's Foundation is committed to nourishing the local community with fresh, homegrown produce straight from the farm. Starting out with locally laid eggs, the Foundation is now expanding its growing programme to include a range of fruits and vegetables, with the goal of making fresh, seasonal food accessible to the people of Rostrevor and beyond.

Books To Schools

Sean O'Neill teamed up with Aquilla Books to spread some extra Christmas magic last year, donating a wonderful collection of festive books to the children of Killowen Primary School in Rostrevor. A heart-warming act of generosity that's sure to light up young faces over the holiday season. The true spirit of Christmas is alive and well in the community!
